Each player follows a unique path, and identifying that journey is crucial. At IKF, we begin with a discovery session involving both players and parents. This allows us to gain a deep understanding of the player’s aspirations, strengths, and how we can best support their goals. This personalized approach is our first and most important step before beginning our work with any player.

We provide an option to book a discovery call—leading users to fill out a form and then select a slot through a calendar interface.

IKF Scouting in Europe for Indian Players

Many Indian players are currently developing in European football systems, benefiting from high-level training and competition. However, a structured pathway to bring them back to India is missing.

While these players may reach a decent level in Europe, breaking into top-tier leagues can be challenging. At this stage, transitioning to Indian football—playing in the ISL or I-League—could be the ideal next step.

These players would have great exposure and high development, requiring only the right scouting and placement opportunities. Given their international experience, Indian clubs would likely be interested in their profiles.

Two Possible Approaches:

• Scouting and bringing such players into the IKF National Final.
• Identifying talent through video analysis, in-person scouting, or an ID camp in Europe.

Selected players advance to the IKF National Final in India, where they can get scouted for Indian clubs.

• A dedicated scouting event in Europe for Indian players currently playing there.
• Players get direct opportunities to be scouted and recruited into Indian clubs.

By implementing this system, we can create a clear and structured route for Indian players in Europe to transition into Indian football at the highest level.
