Scouting Partner to Tournaments

We warmly invite tournament organizers to partner with India Khelo Football. This collaboration will provide your exceptional participants with forward pathways that seamlessly integrate with their career aspirations.

Not only will this partnership elevate the profile of your event, but it will also offer talented players valuable opportunities to enhance their careers, adding significant value to the overall tournament experience.

Eligibility to Get IKF Onboard (Must Fulfill Maximum)

  • Tournament has 250+ participants aged 11- to 17-year-olds
  • Tournament is at least 3 years old
  • Tournament organizers must have at least 3 years of experience in running the tournament
  • Tournament has a media partner
  • Matches are video recorded (compulsory)

IKF’s Ask and Responsibilities

  • IKF will charge scouting fees against which IKF will send a scout on the ground on mutually decided dates
  • IKF will charge administrative fees, which will be fixed in nature
  • IKF will scout exceptional players ONLY, whom IKF feels fit the zonal level benchmark
  • Regardless of the number of selections IKF makes, IKF will prepare scouting reports of the Top 5 players with tournament organizers
  • If any player shortlisted from the tournament gets scouted by a club, IKF will give due recognition to the tournament
  • IKF will accept collaboration requests for two posts regarding the tournament from the tournament’s handle

Finances

  • Administrative fees (one-time): Rs. 25,000
  • Scout fees: Rs. 10,000 per scout per day (8 hours of scouting)
  • Additional assessment fees: Rs. 3,000 per assessment report (possible if videos are clear)
  • One scout can focus on one field at a time. If there are multiple fields and parallel matches, then multiple scouts are required
  • Food for the scout is additional
  • Fees include 5 assessment reports of the top 5 players (irrespective of IKF scouting them or not)

Steps to Partner with IKF

  • Fill out the form to raise a request, which will be scrutinized by IKF, and confirmation will be given over email
  • If necessary, IKF’s Operations team will schedule a phone call or video call in case of any queries
  • IKF will sign an MOU with the tournament organizer to be renewed every year
  • IKF will assign a SPOC from IKF’s end
