Eligibility Criteria
To request players from IKF, your club/academy must:
- Offer 100% scholarship seats—no charges to players.
- Participate in AIFF-accredited regional or national leagues.
- Sign amateur player contracts for selected talent.
- Provide players with food, accommodation, and training plans.
IKF Contribution
Scouting support
If you need additional player sourcing, we’ll work with you under agreed terms and transparent fees.
Admin transparency
Any administrative fees are communicated in advance, case-by-case.
Secure sharing
You’ll receive a shortlist of interested players via email directly to your designated SPOC.
Player’s choice respected
Players decide if they wish to join your club—selection is never enforced.
Your Responsibilities
- Acknowledge IKF as a scouting partner on all public platforms.
- Provide clear and detailed player criteria.
- Do not charge players sourced through IKF.
- Keep IKF updated at every step until final signing.
- Appoint a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to coordinate with IKF.
- Offer full support services (food, stay, training) to selected players.
Your Responsibilities
- Submit your request using the form below.
- IKF reviews your criteria and responds with available candidates.
- Coordinate interviews/trials through your appointed SPOC.
- Finalize player agreements via amateur contracts.
- Provide player onboarding; maintain open communication with IKF throughout the process.
