Player Requisition Request

This document explains the process of requesting players from India Khelo Football and highlights the organization's dedication to serving serious clubs and academies. India Khelo Football is committed to providing only those players who have been scouted by their own team, ensuring the highest quality and talent.

If you are a club or academy which wishes to have high quality player/s which meets your requirements then this page is for you. Please go through the complete page and then go on to fill the form.

Eligibility to Request IKF Scouted Players

  • No fees or money in any form can be charged from players
  • Source players only for 100% scholarship seats within the club/academy
  • Club/Academy must play AIFF-accredited leagues/tournaments at the regional or national level
  • An amateur contract must be signed once any player is selected
  • Food, stay, and training must be taken care of by the signing club/academy

IKF’s Ask and Responsibilities

  • IKF will charge scouting fees in case IKF has to take additional efforts to source players apart from the ones already scouted from IKF Trials. This will be communicated in advance.
  • If IKF has players that fit the requirements, IKF won’t charge any fees
  • IKF might charge minimal administrative fees per project on a case-to-case basis
  • IKF will share a list of interested players with their contact details via email only with the assigned SPOC
  • IKF won’t recommend any club or academy to any player—it’s the player’s choice whether they wish to join or not

Club/Academy’s Responsibilities

  • Declare IKF as a scouting partner on all social media handles and websites (if any)
  • Share player requirements in as much detail as possible
  • DO NOT CHARGE or SELL anything to the players shared by IKF
  • Keep IKF informed across all stages until the player is signed
  • Assign a SPOC
  • Communicate with players and explain your process in advance
