🌟 Triya Sambhaji Ghadi (Age 12, Goa)
Discovered at the Goa trials in partnership with Sinquerim Sports Club, Triya stood out for her remarkable technical ability and game intelligence. Now training at Sinquerim Sports Club GFDC Poira, she shows deep dedication to football. Her words say it all:
"If I couldn't become a footballer, I'd paint for football clubs, but I'd never leave this sport."
IKF has adopted Triya into its development program, ensuring she receives structured training, mentorship, and holistic support to flourish in her football journey.
Our Adoption Model
IKF Career360 identifies high-potential children from economically disadvantaged families and provides:
- Free football coaching with professional trainers
- Psychosocial support and communication skill-building
- Academic guidance and career planning inputs
Goal: Prepare players holistically for life—whether on the pitch or beyond.

- Nutritionists conducting low-cost group webinars for adopted players
