IKF Footprint Project 2025–2028

North East Rising

LET’S TRANSFORM THE NORTHEAST TOGETHER. Football in the Northeast is not just a sport – it’s a bridge to peace, pride, and prosperity. With your support, IKF can turn the region’s raw passion into structured careers, community upliftment, and national glory.

Why now? Why IKF?

Across Mizoram’s muddy pitches, Manipur’s school grounds, and Assam’s riverbank fields, one dream echoes: football can change lives. But dreams need direction. India Khelo Football (IKF) is India’s largest grassroots football movement. A not-for-profit platform, IKF has already scouted 25,000+ young players from 100+ cities and villages — giving them a direct pathway to professional clubs, scholarships, and careers. Now, IKF brings this mission home to the Northeast through a focused 3-year plan (2025–2028) across all 7 states.

Why Career 360 matters

Only a few players will turn professional — but every child deserves a future through football. IKF Career 360 is a safety net for the 99%.

  • A striker may become a coach
  • A defender may pursue sports science
  • A shy midfielder might find confidence and leadership through mentorship

No talent is wasted. No effort is unseen. Every child’s journey matters.

3. Coach & Scout Development (Years 2–3)

IKF–PFSA-certified training for local coaches and scouts
Collaboration with schools, clubs & academies
Girls’ football integration through ASMITA & IKF scholarships
School-based football culture activation via community events

This is more than football

This is a chance to showcase the Northeast’s talent to the world; to provide every child — not just the stars — with structure, mentorship, and direction; and to build a football-driven ecosystem for pride, peace, and prosperity. Let’s build a system that finds and supports every dream — on the pitch or beyond.
