As the Regional Execution Partner (REP) for India Khelo Football (IKF) in Saharsa, Bihar, Town Football Club (FC) Saharsa serves as a vital link in identifying hidden grassroots talent and providing them with professional pathways. This collaboration focuses on organizing high-quality scouting trials, such as the Tyger IKF Season 5 trials held in September 2025, which targeted boys and girls born between 2008 and 2015. The effectiveness of this partnership is highlighted by the success of Amarjeet Kumar, a player originally spotted at the Saharsa trials who eventually signed a professional contract with the Indian Super League (ISL) club Hyderabad FC.

During Season 5, the Saharsa city-level trials witnessed participation from 86 players, out of which an impressive 29 players progressed to the Zonal level, reflecting the strong quality and competitive standard of football talent emerging from the region.
