As the Regional Execution Partner (REP) for India Khelo Football (IKF) in the Puducherry region, National Human Resource Foundation (NHRF) serves as the key on-ground execution arm supporting one of Asia’s largest grassroots football scouting ecosystems. Through this collaboration, NHRF has successfully executed IKF Trials across Seasons 3, 4, and 5, enabling democratised and transparent talent identification in Puducherry and providing players with a clear pathway to bypass traditional barriers. Selected players gain direct exposure to scouts from leading ISL and I-League clubs, strengthening elite progression opportunities. As the REP, NHRF leads local community engagement, venue management (including the PAP Ground), and regional talent identification. This partnership is also a core component of NHRF’s Project Sporta, which aims to transform schools into centres of sports excellence by 2030, aligning long-term community impact with IKF’s national grassroots vision.
