About Goal Academy
GOAL India Academy, based in Mangalore, serves as the Regional Execution Partner (REP) for India Khelo Football (IKF), a collaboration focused on democratizing professional football pathways for local youth. Operating under the philosophy of "Go Out And Learn", the academy is responsible for managing on-ground scouting operations, including the Season 5 Mangaluru Trials. In this role, GOAL India Academy identifies hidden talent across the region and connects aspiring players to IKF’s structured ecosystem.
Led by professionals like Alistair Savio D'Souza, the academy not only facilitates these elite scouting events at venues like Perfect Pass but also offers year-round personalized coaching and community sports events to improve technical ability and fitness.

Activities with IKF
GOAL Academy has been serving as the Regional Execution Partner (REP) for India Khelo Football (IKF) across multiple seasons. During Season 5, the city-level trials witnessed participation from around 140 players, reflecting strong grassroots engagement in the region. Following the evaluation process, 39 players progressed to the Zonal level, highlighting the effectiveness of the IKF–GOAL Academy partnership in identifying and advancing promising football talent.
