Where Football Meets Opportunity | IKF 360
At IKF 360, through our Field of Dreams initiative, we believe football is much more than just a game — it is a tool to build confidence, discipline, leadership, education, and a better future for every child. ⚽✨ Field of Dreams is a social impact initiative under IKF 360 focused on supporting aspiring footballers both on and off the pitch through football development, life skills, mentorship, literacy, emotional well-being, and holistic growth. Players like Triya, Rinky Pinky, and Dheeraj are inspiring examples of this vision in action. Through continuous guidance, life skill sessions, mentorship, and emotional support, they were empowered to believe in themselves and continue pursuing their football dreams with confidence and purpose. The sessions focused not only on football but also on communication, discipline, teamwork, leadership, decision-making, and handling challenges in everyday life. These experiences helped them grow as individuals, students, and athletes. IKF 360 is working towards creating an ecosystem where every football-loving child — regardless of background, geography, or financial condition — gets access to opportunities, guidance, and a pathway for the future. Because at IKF, we believe dreams should never stop because of lack of support. This is just the beginning. There are many more stories waiting to rise from the grassroots of India.

A proud moment for the entire IKF family Out of the many talented players who participated in the ISL Season Finals, three players have now signed professional football contracts with clubs. Nirwan – FC Madras Ss Sameeh – Sudeva FC Lalrinzuali (Aizawl) – Sudeva FC Lari’s journey truly represents the impact of this movement. She first participated in a FREE football trial conducted in Aizawl. From there, she travelled to Shillong for the Zonal Finals, earned her place in the National Finals in Mumbai, and today, she has signed a professional contract with Sudeva FC. This would not have been possible without the constant support of our supporters, partners, and everyone who believes in giving young footballers a platform to dream bigger. Your support is changing lives and creating opportunities for talented players across the country. We are so happy to see that from the Season 5 National Finals itself, players are already getting signed by professional clubs. And this is just the beginning. There are many more talented players, many more success stories, and many more dreams that IKF will help achieve in the coming years. Thank you for being a part of the IKF journey. Team IKF
