Purpose & Vision
“This project is designed to prove that Karnataka’s football future is not limited to Bengaluru — the state’s interiors hold immense, untapped talent that can thrive when it is identified, evaluated, and channelized through the right pathway.”
This initiative is designed to show that Karnataka’s soil, especially beyond the major city centres, carries serious football potential. The missing link is not talent — it is structured identification, professional evaluation, and a clear route for promising players to move into the football ecosystem.
Supported by KSFA, the initiative decentralizes scouting beyond Bengaluru and reaches every corner of the state. It also aligns with KSFA’s regulation requiring clubs to field local players, making the creation of a credible statewide talent pool both timely and necessary.
By bringing together the State FA, District Football Associations, local academies, and professional clubs under one unified structure, the project creates a practical bridge between grassroots discovery and professional opportunity.

Eligibility Requirements
- Open for boys & girls — equal opportunity statewide
- Age groups: U13, U15, U17 with verified year of birth
- Statewide access: Open to players from any district of Karnataka
- Open entry: No club or academy requirement — open to all independent players

- Limited slots per district: Capped to ensure high-quality individual scouting minutes
- First come, first serve: Early registration guarantees slot allotment
- Individual registrations allowed: Players can register directly without club intermediaries
