IKF follows a collaborative, on-ground partnership model where Academy Partners and REPs work in sync—each with defined roles, shared objectives, and aligned outcomes.

Role of Academy Partners
As an IKF Academy Partner, your academy plays a central role in identifying, preparing, and supporting players.
Academy Partners:
- Nominate and recommend players for IKF Trials through the assigned REP
- Prepare players according to IKF trial standards and age criteria
- Support ethical, merit-based selection—free from favoritism
- Act as long-term development centers for identified players
- Align with IKF values of inclusion, transparency, and opportunity
Role of REPs (Regional Engagement Partners)
REPs ensure smooth coordination and fairness on the ground by:
- Acting as the official IKF point of contact for academies
- Facilitating academy access to IKF Trials and trial information
- Coordinating logistics, timelines, and documentation
- Ensuring transparent communication between academies and IKF
- Supporting academies in aligning with IKF processes
This structure removes ambiguity and ensures equal access for all partner academies.
